We are NOT AFFILIATED WITH, authorized by, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with any of the brands or manufacturers mentioned on this website (including but not limited to HP, Canon, Epson, Brother, Dell, Lexmark). All product and company names are trademarks™ or registered® trademarks of their respective holders. Use of them does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by them.

2. Service Agreement

By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you are hiring an independent technician to perform out-of-warranty repairs. If your device is still under manufacturer warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly as our services may void such warranties.

3. Estimates and Repairs

We provide estimates based on the initial diagnosis. While we strive for accuracy, actual repair costs may vary if additional issues are discovered. We will always seek your approval before proceeding with additional repairs.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrinterSolve shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
